We would like to inform our users that, in order to renew your season ticket while avoiding waiting and queues, you can use our online shop to buy your season ticket from your computer or smartphone - and you can also use any discount voucher via the appropriate code - your ticket will be loaded onto your Omnibus Card simply and safely the first time you validate it when using the underground or bus.

Alternatively, you can contact the Infopoints for Tourism and Mobility in Via Trieste 1 (open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm) and Viale della Stazione 47 (open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm), or the Info Ticket Point in Via San Donino 30 (open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm).

For anyone in possession of a voucher wishing to renew their subscription at our contact points, please remember to bring a printed copy of your voucher with you.

If you are renewing a season ticket and don’t have a voucher, you can also go to authorised retailers or use the automatic ticket machines present inside underground stations.

Please note that if you are getting a season ticket for the first time, you need to request the Omnibus Card, by going to the Infopoints, where you can collect and fill in the appropriate form or hand it over if you have already filled in it. You need to bring a colour passport photo, some ID and your tax code with you. A €5 deposit is required for the card.
