RUNNING SHOES ON! GET SET FOR THE STRAMRUN ON SUNDAY 19 OCTOBER!
On the eve of the start of work on the future Fiera - Pendolina electric tram line, Sunday 19 October 2025 sees the arrival of STRAMrun: a non-competitive, free run which is open to all, for discovering first-hand the route of the future tram from Fiera to Pendolina.
Runners can choose between two versions: full course (11.3 km) and STRAMrun Easy (5.2 km).
For runners, running enthusiasts or those who like to walk long distances, there is the 11.3 km STRAMrun, departing at 9 am from the Brixia Forum - the terminus of the future tram line - and finishing at the Parco delle Stagioni (Polivalente entrance).
For families and those who don't want to run but prefer to walk, there is the STRAMrun Easy 5.2 km version, departing at 9 am from Largo Formentone and finishing at the Parco delle Stagioni (Polivalente entrance).
And for everyone, even those who didn’t take part in the run or walk, at the finish line at the Via Collebeato entrance to the Parco delle Stagioni, from 10 am to 2 pm the STRAMrun Village will be open, hosting a big party for the neighbourhood and the entire city, with the chance to meet some of the personalities from the sporting and cultural scene in Brescia who’ve decided to become the first testimonials of the Tram Project.
The first 1,000 participants to sign up will be offered a sandwich, with a choice of salami or cheese, thanks to the valuable collaboration with the Istituto d'Istruzione Superiore Mantegna, a reference point in Brescia for training in the hotel, tourism and catering sector.
The Village stands will distribute souvenir gadgets to all those attending the special day of celebrations.
All participants will receive the official event T-shirt, while the first 2000 registered participants will receive the STRAMrun bag with bib, event T-shirt, neck warmer, pencils and stickers.

Registration is free of charge.
Online registration is open until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18.
To participate as a group enter your team name instead of your first and last name when registering. The number of tickets selected equals the number of members in your group.
Registration is also possible on the morning of race-day: at the Brixia Forum from 7 am to 8 am for STRAMrun participants, or at Largo Formentone from 8 am for those taking part in STRAMrun Easy.
At the Brixia Forum, from 7.30 am to 8.30 am, there will be a free cloakroom service for personal belongings and a free shuttle bus service will connect the Brixia Forum with the Centro Polivalente all day long to allow those who have finished the race to travel to the starting point, and those accompanying the runners to get to the Village where they can wait for them at the finish line.
From 11 am to 3 pm a free shuttle bus will operate, running non-stop and linking the Polivalente in via Collebeato, via Dante and the Brixia Forum. From Via Dante it will also be possible to reach the Vittoria metro station and continue to the Lamarmora metro station.
Race packs will be handed out until 8.30 am at the Brixia Forum, while at Largo Formentone they will be handed out from 8 am onwards.
We recommend you arrive at the Brixia Forum by 7.30 am in order to complete all the necessary steps in plenty of time.
