MYSTERIA 2026: THE CASTELLO LINE RETURNS
For the Mysteria Light Festival 2026, the Castello Line returns from November 5th to 9th, the service that connects the San Faustino metro station with Brescia Castle, facilitating access to events scheduled on Mount Cidneo.
Line 6 will be regularly active before 7:00 PM, while the Castello Line will be available from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with services every 15 minutes. The last uphill race at the Castle will start at 10.45pm, while the last downhill race will be at 10.55pm.
The bus will depart from the beginning of Via del Castello, near the San Faustino metro station, and arrive at the Chalet roundabout.
How to use the Castle Line
To use the service you must have a valid Zone 1 ticket, subscription or carnet for Zone 1. Alternatively, you can use the parking ticket for one of the historic center's parking spaces: each parking ticket will entitle you to a public transport ticket.
To reach the Castle you can choose several solutions:
Metro + Bus: metro to San Faustino and Linea Castello to the Castle;
Park + Bus: stop at one of the parking lots in the center, in particular Fossa Bagni, and Linea Castello;
Park + Metro + Bus: stop at the Sant'Eufemia – Buffalora, Poliambulanza, Casazza, or Prealpino park and ride facilities, metro to San Faustino, and Linea Castello to the Castle.
