TRAVELING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PROVINCE: A SINGLE CONTACTLESS PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL ON URBAN AND SUBURBAN TRANSPORTATION
Starting today, Friday, December 5, you can use your contactless card throughout the provincial, urban, and suburban network to purchase integrated suburban + urban tickets. The system, the result of collaboration between Gruppo Brescia Mobilità and Arriva Italia, in synergy with the Brescia Local Public Transport Agency and the Municipality of Brescia, was developed by Conduent.
With a single gesture, you can travel on urban buses, the metro, and suburban buses by purchasing the integrated ticket with your card, in addition to the urban and suburban tickets that can be purchased separately, as is already possible.
In addition, multi-user tickets are now available: with a single payment card, you can purchase multiple tickets for different people on buses and the metro. The multi-user feature is also available on Arriva Italia's suburban services operating in the province, allowing up to 8 passengers to travel with a single contactless payment card.
This new feature makes travel even more convenient, for smart and accessible public transport.
