UNIVERSITY PASS: 50% DISCOUNT FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

The collaboration between the Municipality of Brescia, the Brescia Mobility Group and the university and higher education institutions of Brescia is also renewed for the 2026/2027 academic year: University of Brescia, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Brescia campus (including courses offered at Fondazione Poliambulanza and the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences), SantaGiulia Academy of Fine Arts, LABA – Free Academy of Fine Arts, Luca Marenzio Conservatory of Music, ITS Academy Machina Lonati, and CIELS School of Higher Education in Sociocultural Language Mediation, with the aim of promoting the mobility of university students.

Thanks to the commitment of all involved, enrolled students will be able to purchase annual public transport passes at a 50% discount.

Rates and validity

The season ticket allows you to travel for a year on buses and the metro at a cost of 140 euros for Zone 1, instead of 275 euros, and 215 euros for Zone 1+2, instead of 425 euros.

How to buy the subscription

The subscription can be requested through the Brescia Mobilità online shop or purchased at the Tourism and Mobility Infopoints, presenting the necessary documentation.

A solution dedicated to medical freshmen

A dedicated solution is also planned for the 2026/2027 academic year for medical and surgical freshmen interested in the “filter semester”, with the possibility of purchasing the subscription in two installments. The first installment, already available, guarantees the validity of the subscription until January 31, 2027. The second, reserved for those who will continue the path in the second semester, can be purchased from January 15, 2027.

For students who occasionally use public transport services, there are also discounted packages of 50 journeys (valid for 3 months or 6 months) or 100 journeys (valid for 9 months) that allow travel in Zone 1 or Zone 1+2.

This year, all students at Brescia Universities will be granted a special benefit for using Bicimia: university students are not required to pay a 20€ deposit.
