NEW TOURISM AND MOBILITY INFOPOINT IN VIA SAN BARTOLOMEO

After the Infopoints in Via Trieste 1 and Viale della Stazione 47, a new Tourism and Mobility Infopoint has arrived in Via San Bartolomeo 23.

The new Infopoint replaces the previous Brescia Trasporti point of sale located inside the headquarters in via San Donino 30, a historical reference point for all users of the local public transport service, and is characterised by a large and bright space, both in the front-office and in the back-office, useful for managing all customer requests. There is also a desk dedicated to filling in documents, so that all forms can be signed directly inside the point of sale without creating a hindrance to the counter's activities.

All the services offered by the city's Tourism and Mobility Infopoints will be available at the new Infopoint: the possibility of purchasing mobility-related products (Omnibus Card, public transport, bike sharing, car sharing, car parks), the Brescia Card Museums & Mobility and numerous gadgets. An all-round welcome service will also be organised, aimed at promoting the city, its places, its cultural initiatives and entertainment proposals.

The timetable of the new Infopoint is designed specifically for the needs of public transport customers: it will be open from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. - so as to facilitate those who want to renew for themselves or their children before going to work or on their lunch break - and every last (or first) Saturday of the month, so as to enhance the service at the time of monthly renewals.

The Infopoint is equipped with an interactive showcase - identical to the one in the Infopoint in Via Trieste - which will allow users to obtain the information they are interested in even during closing hours.
