LTZ - Limited Traffic Zone

Brescia's LTZ - Limited Traffic Zone is an area of the city centre where access and movement are limited to particular categories of users and vehicles.

Within the area there is also a privileged pedestrian LTZ that includes the entire area of the museums and the historic centre, where the obligations and prohibitions in force for the remaining part of the LTZ are in force 24 hours a day.

Brescia's LTZ has 23 access points that are monitored with video cameras that record the licence plates of the vehicles that pass through them and send them to the automated system to verify authorisation.

The data and images recorded by the cameras are processed in compliance with the privacy policy.
