Next Stop: Christmas!

Once again this year the Brescia Mobilità Group is planning a series of events and initiatives to accompany the public throughout the Christmas period and ensure they can experience a festive atmosphere even on their daily travels.

On Saturday 14 and Saturday 21 December from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm, the underground will be welcoming a special guest: Father Christmas! It will be possible to meet him on board the trains as well as in the stations and on the platforms: anyone who comes across Father Christmas on their travels can take the opportunity to take a souvenir photo or a selfie to share on social media, tagging Metro Brescia!

Still on the underground, dressed up for the festive season with glass decals and Christmas-themed decorations, from 8 December to 6 January, a selection of musical compilations will be broadcast, produced especially by some of the city’s most interesting musical performers.

Also back is the traditional appointment with the Christmas train, which will be running from 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm on Sunday 8 and Saturday 14, 21 and 28 December, Saturday 4 January, Thursday 26 December and Monday 6 January at cost of €3, while it will be free for children up to the age of 12 accompanied by an adult.

Once again this year, there will be single ticket days: on Sundays 24 November, 1, 8, 15 and 22 December, it will be possible to travel all day with a single ordinary ticket for zone 1, zone 2 and zone 1+2.

We would like to remind you that the Infopoints for Tourism and Mobility in Via Trieste 1 (open every day, including Sundays and public holidays, from 9 am to 7 pm) and in Viale della Stazione 47 (open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm) will be open as normal, with the exception of Christmas Day when they will be open from 9 am to 12.30 pm and New Year’s Day when they will open at 11 am.
